What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy in an outpatient rehab setting.

• Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress according to individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.

• Occasionally provide specialized therapy based on department needs.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.

• BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire).
