Responsibilities – Automotive Business Office Assistant:
- Assist the Business Office with deal compliance, accounting schedules, and reconciliations
- Process and audit vehicle deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and manufacturer standards
- Support month-end and year-end closing as needed
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation in Excel
- Collaborate with accounting and sales departments to resolve discrepancies
- Provide administrative support and maintain organized, up-to-date records
- Uphold the company’s high standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
Requirements / Qualifications – Automotive Business Office Assistant:
- Prior automotive business office or administrative experience required
- Strong knowledge of deal compliance, schedules, and general ledger functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Experience with CDK (ADP) and/or Advent preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
