Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my loved one in their 40s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Responsibilities include feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
