We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Receptionist-Office Assistant. Our company recently relocated from Pennsylvania and is now establishing a strong presence in Miami. We are focused on growing our team and building lasting roots in our community.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent administrative support and client/vendor service. Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answering phone calls, taking messages when necessary
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Administrative support to various departments
• Managing travel arrangements and other services for C-level Executives
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Handle basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
• Maintain office supplies and office equipment maintenance
• Arrange service appointments for investment properties
• Must have a car for errand runs and offsite projects
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent or high education
• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
• Strong organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-stater
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
• Spanish is a plus
