Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: North Adams, Massachusetts (Zip: 01247) – Western Massachusetts healthcare jobs
• Facility Setting: Emergency Department
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – ER RN jobs
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/3/2025 – End: 2/2/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (3:00pm–3:30am or 7:00pm–7:30am; flexibility required)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and holiday as needed
• Dress Code: Personal scrubs (any color)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2070–$2220

ER RN Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Active Massachusetts RN license – MA nursing jobs
• Certifications required: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion preferred
• Meditech Expanse EMR experience preferred
• COVID vaccination (dose date on or after 10/3/23) or approved exemption (mask required if exempted)
• Reliable personal vehicle required for assignment
• Permanent address must be included in profile (must reside outside 50-mile radius of facility)
• Current work history, skills checklist (within 1 year), and 1 supervisory signed reference (from past 2 years) required

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to Emergency Department patients
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Accurately document patient care in Meditech Expanse EMR
• Respond to emergencies and deliver life-saving interventions
• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as required
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and Massachusetts state nursing regulations
