Associate Attorney

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.

• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft documents.

• Negotiate agreements and settlements effectively.

• Manage day-to-day litigation tasks, including case strategy and preparation.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience as a California litigator.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the California Bar.

• Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in class action litigation is a plus.
