Position Overview
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join a school district in Red Lion, PA for the 20252026 school year. This role supports five K6th grade classrooms serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The BCBA will play a vital role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting teachers and staff to foster a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide training and coaching to classroom teachers and paraprofessionals

• Monitor student progress and adjust behavior strategies as needed

• Collaborate with IEP teams, parents, and school staff to ensure consistency in behavioral supports

• Promote skill development in communication, self-regulation, and social interaction

• Support data collection and analysis for program effectiveness

Qualifications (Pennsylvania):

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Active BCBA certification required

• School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Must meet district background and clearance requirements
