Breakfast & Lunch Cook

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cook to join our breakfast and lunch team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on a flat-top grill, preparing fresh ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You’ll be responsible for making sure guests receive consistently delicious meals while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are always met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items on a flat-top grill according to recipes and standards.
• Perform daily food prep, including chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times, including equipment and workstations.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures, including labeling and rotating stock.
• Assist with opening and closing duties such as setup, breakdown, and cleaning.
• Ensure all dishes are presented neatly, consistently, and on time.
• Collaborate with team members to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy hours.
• Support catering or special orders when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a breakfast, lunch, or diner-style kitchen preferred.
• Strong skills with flat-top cooking and short-order preparation.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Monday-Friday 7am - 3pm

Saturday - Sunday 8am -2pm
