Senior Caregiver

I'm looking for hands-on care for myself following total knee replacement surgery. Light meal prep, mobility assistance, icing, medication reminders, encouragement/support toward rehab goals. Some light tidying up is involved. Transportation assistance may be requested as needed e. g. rides to Physical Therapy appointments.
