Your RoleWe are looking for two board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalists to provide top-notch inpatient hospital medicine services. This is a 6-month contract position, running from December 15, 2025, to June 14, 2026, with the potential for extension.
Location: Clarksburg, WV
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Compensation: $130/hr
- Admitting Patients: Conduct initial assessments and document medical histories.
- Diagnosing and Treating Acute Conditions: Manage illnesses requiring hospitalization, often in collaboration with specialists.
- Ordering and Interpreting Tests: Utilize labs, imaging, and other diagnostics to guide treatment decisions.
- Developing Treatment Plans: Prescribe medications and therapies tailored to each patient's condition.
- Conducting Daily Rounds: Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- No history of restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily surrendered, or denied licenses.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform long surgeries.
- Competitive salary: $130.00/hr to $140.00/hr.
