Overview: Client of Express Employment Professionals is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to serve as a key point of contact for their clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance
• Assist walk-in customers at the sales counter with product selection and order placement
• Prepare accurate and detailed quotes based on customer requirements
• Source products from vendors and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery
• Generate and maintain open order reports to track order status and fulfillment
• Provide vital support to our outside sales team with order coordination and customer follow-up

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills including experience with order entry systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience with Microsoft GP (Great Plains) preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication
