As an AT&T Success Associate, you'll receive complete training in AT&T Fiber's service spectrum and client success methodologies. You'll navigate onboarding processes, resolve service alignment with expertise, and ensure each activation reflects our commitment to excellence. The AT&T Success Associate’s clear communication skills and intuitive understanding of client needs will drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Role Requirements for an AT&T Success Associate


  • Drive residential outreach across assigned zones, introducing AT&T Fiber through approved digital engagement protocols and campaign workflows.

  • Manage onboarding with precision—ensuring clean documentation, accurate service tier selection, and activation timelines that meet AT&T benchmarks.

  • Present tailored service proposals aligned with client connectivity goals, usage patterns, and budget priorities.

  • Maintain CRM integrity by logging enrollment activity, pipeline movement, and service status to support campaign tracking and performance forecasting.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align provisioning readiness and delivery benchmarks, ensuring seamless activation across all assigned accounts.

  • Monitor territory metrics and surface insights that sharpen outreach strategy, improve enrollment velocity, and support long-term retention.
