Hospitalist Physician Locums Job in Utah 12-Hour Day or Swing Shifts Immediate and Ongoing Coverage Assignment

Coverage Needed:
Immediate and ongoing
October eight open day shifts, two open swing shifts
November 11 open day shifts, three open swing shifts
December 20 open day shifts
January 11 open days shifts and three open swing shifts
Approximately 15 shifts per month (12-hour shifts but can leave earlier if work is done)
Facility hiring multiple candidates

Shift Description:
Day shifts, some swing shifts
No nights

Requirements:
Board Certified
ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications
Must be licensed in Utah or IMLC
At least 12 patient contact hours

Assignment Details:
Average number of patients per shift: 12-15
EMR: Epic
