Full-Time | Local Travel Required | Healthcare & Senior Living Sales
Looking for a Sales Specialist job in healthcare and senior living where you can build relationships, drive results, and make an impact? Kingston Healthcare is hiring a Sales Specialist (Community Relations) to connect with community partners, promote our senior living communities, and expand our reach across the region. What You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, referral partners, and community leaders
Identify and develop new leads while nurturing existing client relationships
Plan and execute creative strategies to attract new residents and business opportunities
Research and analyze market trends to stay competitive and proactive
Coordinate community events, promotions, and outreach activities to increase visibility for Kingston Healthcare
2+ years of sales or marketing experience, ideally in a healthcare or senior living setting
Existing community or healthcare connections preferred
Strong event planning and coordination skills
Proven ability to network, develop, and maintain professional relationships
Willingness to travel locally with occasional overnight stays, including flexibility for evenings and weekends
Outgoing and confident communicator who thrives on connection
Organized and skilled at relationship management
