Full-Time | Local Travel Required | Healthcare & Senior Living Sales

Looking for a Sales Specialist job in healthcare and senior living where you can build relationships, drive results, and make an impact? Kingston Healthcare is hiring a Sales Specialist (Community Relations) to connect with community partners, promote our senior living communities, and expand our reach across the region. What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, referral partners, and community leaders

  • Identify and develop new leads while nurturing existing client relationships

  • Plan and execute creative strategies to attract new residents and business opportunities

  • Research and analyze market trends to stay competitive and proactive

  • Coordinate community events, promotions, and outreach activities to increase visibility for Kingston Healthcare

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience, ideally in a healthcare or senior living setting

  • Existing community or healthcare connections preferred

  • Strong event planning and coordination skills

  • Proven ability to network, develop, and maintain professional relationships

  • Willingness to travel locally with occasional overnight stays, including flexibility for evenings and weekends
