Pet Care Needed

Both of my pets have fleas that I need help taking care of. I will pay you for everything + whatever other precautions we need to take to prevent the fleas from coming back or starting worms Ive tried with dawn dish soap and little collars but its not working, my dog needs intensive work. My cat is just mildly covered with them.
