What We’re Looking For:

· A passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in an upwardly mobile career

· 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager

· Proven skills in cost control, planning, and organization

· Strong interpersonal and team-building skills—able to lead from the quarterback position, not the sidelines

· A genuine desire to have fun at work while building a high-performing team
