Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My mom is bedridden and unable to communicate. She can't care for herself in any way. She is fed, diapered and bathed by someone. She rarely opens her eyes and will sometimes make sounds. About the care needs: Mom is physically well and mentally not there. We basically will need help with feeding her meals, diapers, and bathing. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
