\n\nJob Description\n

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including those in Surgical ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Trauma ICU, Medical/Surgical ICU, and Neuro ICU. The RN will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and utilize advanced healthcare technology and practices.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.
\n
• Perform critical assessments and interventions as required.
\n
• Manage complex patient conditions including CRRT and Prismaflex.
\n
• Float to other ICU units as needed, excluding Behavioral and ER.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using EPIC EMR.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience; 4-5 years preferred.
\n
• Documented travel experience required.
\n
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
\n
• Active New York RN license with NURSYS report for verification.
\n
• Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex is essential.
\n
• Experience in cardiothoracic patients is highly preferred.
\n
