Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation)
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care
• Caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Coordinating care, conducting assessments, and providing education
• Serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel

You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice, ensuring safe and reliable care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
• One year of long-term care, subacute care, or medical/surgical experience preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
• Maintains required certifications and completes necessary CEUs and competency training
