Oncology Nurse Practitioner - Now Hiring

Locations:

• Waterford, Norwich, Plainfield, CT

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Duration: Minimum 3 months (extensions or locums to perm)
License: Active CT license required

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (negotiable)
• On-call for physicians preferred: every 3rd weekend + 1 day per week

Assignment Overview:

• Handle follow-up oncology visits, chemo teaches, and provide emergent support for infusion centers
• Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies (in-office)
• Setting: Outpatient; inpatient work potentially available

Patient Load:

• Full day, variable by visit type
• Follow-ups: 30 minutes
• New patients: 1 hour

Credentialing:

• Standard timeframe: 90 days
