May be asked to assist in other territories within a 60-mile radius of the facility s address.
Experience Required:
- Home Health & OASIS mandatory
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation experience preferred
  - Client may consider candidates without HCHB experience at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager agrees to train.
