Hospitality Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, to process transactions efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout food handling processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred.
• Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
