ASSISTANT MANAGER

and positive interpersonal skills and have a desire for additional supervisory responsibility.

Tito’s Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist the RM in the hiring, training and development of hourly team members
• Assist the RM in making timely schedules and appropriate staffing levels in accordance with Tito’s labor targets
• Assist the RM in purchasing, inventory management and receiving products.
• Provides support to the RM in managing shifts, assigning and coaching team members on job duties and performance
• Ensure every guest has a great experience
• Deliver high quality, attractive food made according to Tito’s recipes
• Follow proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the restaurant to fulfill health requirements and Tito’s standards
• Follow all cash handling procedures to minimize cash shortages; ensure that cash is deposited into the bank daily
• Foster a safe work environment by following safety guidelines
• Follow all guidelines and procedures as outlined by Tito’s
• Assist the RM maintaining proper employee records, and documentation per company standards and federal, state and local ordinances.

While performing the duties of this position, a manager may regularly be required to: work 40 hours a week,

work days, nights and/or weekends, work in a fast paced environment, work around hot equipment (grill,

fryer) and occasionally be exposed to cold temperatures (walk in freezer/refrigerator). This position may

regularly be required to lift and carry boxes and supplies up to 50lbs, move around the restaurant and tight

spaces; walk or stand for 100% of the shift and reach, bend, stoop, mop and sweep frequently.

• Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience within the restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality industry
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and complete food safety certification programs
• Proven ability to drive guest service initiatives by motivating and leading team members
• Must possess a sense of urgency, enjoy fast paced environment, and guest service focus
• Ability to successfully complete training program
• Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Tito’s, local, state, and federal employment regulations

It is believed that Tito was born in the small beach village of Todos Santos, on Mexico’s Baja peninsula - or maybe it was just outside of Haleiwa, on the North Shore of Oahu. Then again, it might have been the town of Balboa, on the Pacific coast of Panama. Truth is, no one’s quite sure where he’s from!
