OTR Truck Driver | Up to $1.00 CPM | Thanksgiving at HOME! - Full-time / Part-time

If you’re the kind of driver who believes hard work should pay off, this opportunity is for you. We’re looking for experienced Over-the-Road CDL-A drivers who want great pay, dependable miles, and time off they can count on — including Thanksgiving and the day after if requested.

This position offers long, steady runs, flexible earned time off, and a pay structure that rewards safety, consistency, and loyalty.

What You Can Expect:

• Mileage Pay: $0.97–$1.00 per mile

• Schedule: 18 days on, 5 days off through Thanksgiving

• Time Off: Home for Thanksgiving (and the day after if requested)

  • Work the Saturday after Thanksgiving for 25 days straight

  • Then take up to 5 days of earned time off

• Note: No PTO may be used the week of Christmas or the following week

• Freight: Full truckload, dry van (less than 2% Hazmat freight)

Pay & Incentives:

• Sign-On Bonus available

• Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service

• Detention Pay: Starts after just 1 hour

• Safety-Based Raises: Earn increases at designated mileage intervals, up to a high cap

• Hazmat Premium: Extra pay per mile for placarded loads

• CSA Safety Bonus: Every 90 days — $1,025 (Hazmat endorsed) or $825 + 8 hours paid time off

• On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days

• Referral Program: Earn additional income for each driver you refer
