Responsibilities – Express Lube Supervisor:

• Supervise Lube Techs
• Oversee dispatching, scheduling and organize training
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as needed
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements – Express Lube Supervisor:

• Express Lube experience is required
• Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Coachable, hardworking, and possess general mechanical aptitude
• Must have strong time management skills and pay close attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable, takes initiative.
• Ability to complete all tasks assigned properly with little to no follow-up.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and/or smart phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent.
