Responsibilities - Service BDC Appointment Setter, On-Site:

• Work in our fast-paced call center to answer inbound calls and internet requests, schedule auto repair/service appointments, assist with vehicle loaners, reschedule missed appointments, follow up with customers after service has been completed to ensure their satisfaction, and more.
• Identify customer's needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, recalls, surveys, and more.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications - Service BDC Appointment Setter, On-Site:

• Good communication, customer service and computer skills
• An energetic self-starter that's goal oriented and motivated to succeed
• Auto BDC and/or call center experience is preferred
• Professional, ethical, and respectful 
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
