Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:
• Master internal customer management systems to effectively support clients.
• Respond to incoming calls and document all interactions.
• Handle a variety of customer service requests (e.g., payoff quotes, payment processing).
• Use a ticketing platform to manage and resolve customer cases.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other customer service representatives.
• Address customer concerns while balancing organizational needs.
• Assist with escalated calls and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Make outbound calls regarding returned payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
• Develop and update procedures to enhance department efficiency.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Key Performance Indicators
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be expected to:

Qualifications of the Customer Support Specialist:
• 5+ years of customer service experience in a finance-related environment.
• A college degree (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Strong oral communication and problem-solving abilities.
