Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Weekdays

Location: Minneapolis (Seward neighborhood)

IT Support Technician I Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for workstations, phones, and other common agency technology.
• Add, delete, and modify user accounts in the Active Directory.
• Maintain core understanding of all current systems and the business functions they support.
• Install, configure and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot both hard ware and software.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and safeguarding agency property.
• Assist in monitoring the task ticketing system.
• Responsible for conducting IT orientation sessions to onboard new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company systems, tools, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Experience using Excel, SQL or other data manipulation tools required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, network administration or related field preferred.
• Three years technology support experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record, a current driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage
