THE JOB:

As a Lounge Server at Pinky Ring & The Vault, you are essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience in one of Bellagio’s premier nightlife venues. Your primary responsibility is to promptly serve beverage orders while maintaining attentive, professional, and personalized service throughout each guest’s visit.

In addition to beverage service, you’ll support overall lounge operations by assisting with bussing and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. All responsibilities are performed in alignment with company standards and service excellence, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the luxury and sophistication of the Bellagio.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.5047 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies

• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor

• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink

• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified

• Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
