Engagement Guide - Part-time

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Casual/Per Diem Engagement Guide to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

As an Engagement Guide, you will work with employees and community partners to make sure everyone feels included and heard.

Responsibilities Include:

• Help create an environment where all the people choosing to use our services are treated with respect
• Develop and co-present inclusive training programs where people who choose to accept our services and support professionals can learn and grow together
• Build partnerships with other organizations and community partners to advocate for inclusion
• Represent Keystone Human Services at events and learn alongside others

Position Details/Benefits:

• Casual/Per Diem, Nonexempt position
• Hybrid position, working remotely and out of a Keystone office
• $15.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in self-advocacy and developing and delivering training programs is preferred
• Awareness of inclusion principles and commitment to best practices
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret, and apply written information
• Basic computer skills, including the use of software and other web-based systems
• Access to reliable transportation to and from the office
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
