The Heater Poker Tournament dates will be Wednesday, January 7, 2026 - Monday, January 19, 2026

THE JOB:
As a Poker Tournament Registration Clerk, you’ll be the first point of contact for tournament players, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. You’ll manage player registrations, process entry and registration fees, and ensure all tournament details are handled with accuracy and professionalism. With your friendly demeanor and attention to detail, you’ll help create a smooth and welcoming registration process that keeps our players coming back. In this important role, you’ll play a key part in our mission to own the guest experience and create WOW memories that last far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.00 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Issue seating assignments for major poker events

• Greet customers as they enter the tournament area

• Accept registration and entry fees for tournament players

• Answer questions for guests

• Responsible for transferring entry and registration fees to casino cage for accounting

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrates knowledge of poker tournament registration software
• Delivers excellent customer service and demonstrates interpersonal skills
