What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Patient Registration Representative at MyCare 365, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients—setting the tone for a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate care
- Accurately enter patient demographics and insurance info
- Collect copays and point-of-service payments
- Deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Work at centralized welcome desks and within physician practices
