Position Specifics:

  • Location: Charter Steel – Saukville:  1658 Cold Springs Road, Saukville, WI

  • Shift: DAY SHIFT! 5-2-2-5 schedule (5 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 5 days off). Our shift change is at 5 o'clock and we run a 12 hour shift.

What you'll need:

  • high school diploma or GED (we can help through the GEDWorks program).

  • Forklift experience – you know how to handle one safely.

  • Able to use a scanner for tracking and inventory.

  • Comfortable with basic math (like counting and simple calculations).

  • Can communicate clearly with team members.

  • team player who works well with others.

  • Can follow directions and also help guide others when needed.

  • Good at solving simple problems on the job.

Nice to haves:

  • Some manufacturing experience – you’ve worked in a factory, warehouse or similar setting before.

  • Customer Service - you work directly with truck drivers to help load their tucks

  • Safety training – you know how to stay safe and follow safety rules on the job.
