Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.

Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Inspect each dish for accuracy, presentation, and portion size before it leaves the kitchen.
Prioritize tickets/orders and keep track of multiple tables/orders at once.
Ensure food safety standards are maintained during handling and plating.
Communicate with servers about any changes, delays, or special requests.
Assist with garnishing and final touches on dishes when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized expo station
- High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in a restaurant, preferably as an expeditor or in another kitchen/front-of-house role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen operations.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
