Job Status: .8 (32 hours per week) or part-time possible

Salary: $19.00-21.00 per hour

Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Physical Setting: Patient's Homes/ Facilities

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin  

Requirements

• CNA license in State of Wisconsin
• High School or equivalent required
• Current Driver's License
