Customer/ Recipient Services Representative (Banking/Credit Union)

Overview: We are seeking a Customer/Recipient Services Representative with a strong background in banking or credit union operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and recipient support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients while maintaining compliance with all internal and external regulations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
