Job: Teller

Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Work Locations: Gibson City

Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F and rotating Saturday mornings  

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Processing a variety of transactions, answer basic customer inquiries, and recommending bank products and services.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as balancing vault, teller drawer, and maintaining appropriate logs.
• Opening all types of accounts, admit customers to safe deposit box vault, and identifying fraud.

Experience:

• Cash handling: 1 year (Required)
• Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required. (e.g. Retail, Sales, Financial Services)
• Minimum 1 year office setting experience required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, or client facing customer service highly preferred.
• Desire to learn new technologies as well as influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
• Must demonstrate ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment.
