Our Bakers use only the finest ingredients to prepare, mix, and bake a variety of fresh, high-quality products following our signature recipes. Responsibilities Prepare and bake cookies, breads, cakes, pastries, and other gourmet baked goods Measure, mix, and test ingredients to ensure quality and consistency Maintain food safety and quality standards Greet customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service Track production levels, inventory, and deliveries Clean and restock work areas; ensure equipment is properly sanitized Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Formal baking training or certification preferred Minimum 3 years of professional baking experience Strong knowledge of cakes, breads, pastries, and bakery production Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Flexible schedule early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 50% off lunch, 25% in-store shopping discount, and more!
