LHH is seeking a Property Coordinator to support the property and construction management team in overseeing all product types within the client’s portfolio.



Job Title: Property Coordinator
Department: Property Management
Reports To: Senior Property Manager
Location: Hybrid – Houston, TX 77043
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000/year

Job Summary
This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with tenants and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and administrative support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Field incoming telephone calls and assist walk-in tenants/vendors with payments and inquiries.

  • Perform accounts payable and receivable duties.

  • Build and maintain positive tenant relationships.

  • Send all payables to Yardi.

  • Generate service contracts and maintain tracking systems for both property and construction management.

  • Maintain Brivo access control system.

  • Track insurance compliance for tenants and vendors.

  • Maintain utility usage tracker.

  • Distribute daily mail.

  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Required Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Yardi software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in commercial real estate.

  • GED or High School Diploma required.



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
