Job Summary

As the Nutrition and Food Services Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our department. Your contributions will be essential in shaping our strategic planning and ensuring the highest standards of dietary and food services.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing diet and menu planning, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Monitoring the dispensing and distribution of food and supplies.
• Implementing quality management methods to foster continuous improvement.
• Assisting in budget preparation and coordination across departments.
• Training and mentoring staff on healthcare and nutritional practices.
• Collaborating with teams to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Maintaining departmental applications and process flows for improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced education preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a relevant field.
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Ability to obtain Serv Safe certification within one year of hire.
