Pay: $30 - $35 per hour (DOE)

Your Role as a Diesel Mechanic:

At GMCO, you ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our fleet to keep operations running smoothly. Every day will bring new challenges and hands-on work, including:

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues across various vehicle components.

• Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and engine tune-ups.

• Reading and interpreting technical manuals, bulletins, and diagnostic reports.

• Keeping detailed records of all work performed to meet compliance and safety regulations.

• Ensuring all repairs and maintenance follow OSHA, DOT, and GMCO safety standards.

• Troubleshooting issues using computer diagnostics and shop tools.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a mechanic (5 years preferred).
Tools: Must have your own set of basic hand tools.
Licensing: CDL Class A or B preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and diagnostic software.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Team Spirit: Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
