Your Role: As a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—providing expert support to our dealer network and boat owners while ensuring every customer experience reflects the Chris-Craft gold standard. What You’ll Do: + Be the go-to expert for technical and parts support for dealers. + Respond to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and a smile. + Process and track parts orders—ensuring they get where they need to go, on time. + Work closely with shipping and inventory teams to keep everything running smoothly. + Solve challenges creatively, making decisions that satisfy both customers and the business. What You Bring to the Team: + A high school diploma (college degree preferred). + 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role (marine industry experience is a plus!). + A customer-first mindset—you love helping people and solving problems. + Strong communication skills both written and verbal + Tech-savvy—ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office are all in your wheelhouse. + Detail-oriented and organized Why You’ll Love Working Here: Be part of an iconic brand with a rich history in luxury craftsmanship.
