Sales Associate
Location: Sunrise, FL (Sawgrass area)
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour + performance bonuses

About the Role
Senior Life is expanding its operations in Sunrise, Florida, and we’re hiring talented, motivated
Sales Associates to join our in-office sales team. In this role, you’ll specialize in one of our
growing divisions—either Pharmacy Sales, Medicare Sales, or Life Insurance
Sales—depending on your experience and interests. All sales are conducted over the phone in
a professional, fast-paced office environment.
This position is ideal for confident communicators who thrive on helping others, enjoy
consultative sales, and want to grow with a company that rewards performance.
Responsibilities

● Engage with warm leads and inbound inquiries to identify client needs.
● Educate customers on available products and recommend solutions that fit their
situation.
● Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM system.
● Work with team leaders to meet or exceed sales goals and quality standards.
● Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
● Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every call.
Qualifications
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles preferred.
● Strong communication and active listening skills.
● Comfortable working in an office setting, handling phone-based sales.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
● Licensed in Life and Health Insurance is a plus, but not required (training
provided for qualified candidates).
● Experience in insurance, healthcare, or pharmacy-related sales is a strong
advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
