Duties

What You'll Do (Our Teachers' Role)
As a key member of our team, you will:

• Inspire Learning: Create fun, interactive, and age-appropriate learning experiences for children.
• Ensure Safety Care: Provide the daily care of every child, strictly following all state licensing guidelines, YoungStar policies, and standards.
• Communicate with Families: Maintain open, direct communication with parents through ProCare, newsletters, emails, and more.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Team Collaboration: Engage in meaningful conversations about child development and actively support your colleagues through staff meetings and daily interactions.
• Be Rewarded: Enjoy the daily satisfaction of connecting with children and receiving praise from parents.

Requirements

• A degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field, preferred OR at least 6 ECE credits from an institution of higher education.
• Training in Pyramid Model, if not we are happy to train.
• Willingness to learn and complete all necessary training for the position.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet all state, YoungStar, and/or accreditation requirements.
• Fingerprint before starting and then background check yearly
