Physical Therapist
We are excited to expand our team with a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing practice. This is a PT-owned and operated clinic led by a Clinic Director who oversees two thriving locations in Richmond and Sugar Land. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Compensation and Job Details:
- Compensation: Up to $110,000 per year, based on experience for full time
- Full-time Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM or 7AM to 4PM
- 32+ Hours Per Week = Full Time
- Health insurance coverage options (2/3 of premiums covered by the clinic)
- Paid time off (PTO) – 2.5 weeks per year
- Paid holidays – 8 days per year
- Optional 401k (coming soon by year end)
Mentorship & Continuing Education:
In-house continuing education and mentorship are available to support your professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments in a one-on-one setting
- Conduct 40-minute appointments with an average caseload of 12 patients per day
- Providing one on one patient care
- Focus on patient satisfaction while ensuring effective and efficient treatments
- Work with a variety of patients, from teens to geriatrics, addressing a broad range of conditions
- Collaborate with a team of 2 Physical Therapist and 1 Physical Therapist Assistant
- Utilize the Prompt EMR system for documentation and patient management
- Be involved in mentorship and continuing education opportunities
- Support the clinic's patient care efforts by focusing on providing excellent care
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Physical Therapy Experience Required
- 2+ Years of Outpatient PT Experience
- Clear and active Texas Physical Therapy license (current or upcoming)
- Strong desire to focus on patient satisfaction and work-life balance
- Experience in orthopedics, balance and vestibular therapy preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with cash pay, commercial pay, and Medicare insurance models
