Complex Litigation Associate Attorney

A leading national defense litigation firm is seeking a skilled Complex Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Denver office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact cases with prominent clients, while enjoying a flexible work environment and strong career growth potential.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of complex litigation matters, including:

• General liability
• Personal injury
• Transportation defense
• Catastrophic injury claims

This position offers meaningful hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility from the outset.

• Independently manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues in a team-oriented setting
• Conduct investigations, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Provide strategic guidance and regular updates to clients

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Colorado
• 3–8 years of defense litigation experience (preferred areas: personal injury, general liability, transportation, catastrophic injury)
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage complex matters and build client relationships
• Familiarity with legal project management is a plus

• Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
