Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist in maintaining food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Lead opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and end-of-shift reporting.

 

Team Leadership & Development

  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members to meet performance standards.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to ensure team success.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment while maintaining accountability.

 

Guest Satisfaction & Issue Resolution

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Ensure that all guests leave with a positive and memorable experience.

 

Inventory & Cost Management

  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and managing inventory to ensure proper stock levels.
  • Monitor food and labor costs to meet operational targets and profitability goals.
  • Implement procedures to reduce waste and control costs effectively.

 

Administrative & Compliance Duties

  • Assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and labor management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Support the General Manager in achieving business objectives and financial targets.

Required qualifications:

  • 21+ years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Manager Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
