- January 26, 7:00 a.m. ? January 29, 7:00 a.m.
- Active Wisconsin License OR IMLC - Required
- Board Certified - Required
- BLS - Required
- Fellowship training - Preferred
- Monday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday
- Friday
- Type: Beeper
- Response time required: 20 minutes
- Call Ratio: 100
- Call assigned based on staffing gaps
- Provider may have call without clinic and vice versa
- 30+ bed hospital
- Admissions required
- Assigned patients
- EMR: Epic
- 20+ patients per clinic shift
- Must be able to perform all standard "bread-and-butter" ENT procedures
- Two audiologists in clinic
- Some ENT procedures can be performed in clinic
- Full-time clinic/OR coverage needed starting ASAP
