Convenient Store Clerk

Priority Staffing Group is hiring multiple positions for a Convenience Store Clerk located in Marion. Will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations of the store. Will be responsible for cash handling, food preparation, stocking and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Accurately operate cash registers and maintain records of cash and receipts.

• Ensure correct pricing, promotion, and display of products to maximize profitability.

• Maintain the appearance of the store, both inside and outside.

• Assist with receiving and stocking products, checking inventory for expiration dates and ensuring timely replenishment.

• Prepare fast food items according to the Health Department and store standards when required.

Requirements:

• Experience in cash handling, sales or customer service.

• Ability to acquire and maintain a food service sanitation certification.

• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco products.

• Strong skills in communication, decision-making, customer service and collaboration.

Position is full time, could be scheduled to work days, evenings or weekends. Pay starts at $15/hour with benefits available once hired on with the company.
