Membership Renewal Representative, Bilingual Spanish/English

Position: Membership Renewal Representative, Bilingual Spanish/English
Location: Alexandria, VA (free parking). This will be hybrid after a successful training period. Training is 100% in office and will then switch to hybrd model of 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Start/End: ASAP and will be an ongoing contract
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00PM
Parking: Free
Attire: Business Casual

NOTE: **Candidates must pass a criminal background check and be bilingual in Spanish/English

Requirements:

· Customer support experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent organizational, verbal and written communications skills

· Ability to multi-task and work independently

· Ability to communicate in an articulate, personable and diplomatic manner

· Display a positive, team-player attitude is essential

Duties include but not limited to:

· Assisting members and processing their requests received by mail, fax, on-line or telephone

· Additional administrative tasks such as processing mail, photocopying, faxing, collating, filing, etc. may also be required

· Answering a high volume of calls

· Data entry

· Maintain customer record database

· Process customer orders and payments
